- Prepare your package to be picked up. Login to our website or Bongéni App, choose vehicle type, date and time you need us. Get instant quote and confirm the order.
- Your order will be matched with a driver. Youll be able to see the name, car model and licence plate number.
- Track your load at all times through the Bongéni app. Upon delivery you can get proof of delivery or signature confirmation photos.
- You can also communicate with your driver prior to pickup and along the way.
- Payment can be made by cash upon arrival or at pick-up.
- Rate your delivery experience to help us improve the system.
